Address Registration

After arrival, third-country nationals must register their temporary residence address within 3 days from entry into Croatia at the competent police administration or police station.

MUP lists Form 16a and evidence such as a lease contract, title deed, or property-owner statement. If the owner documentation is notarised, the owner’s physical presence is not necessary.

Biometric Residence Permit

All third-country nationals must obtain a biometric residence permit card. This requires appearing in person at the competent police administration or station to provide a photo and biometric data.
