Article 70g of Montenegro’s Law on Foreigners, effective October 27, 2026, creates a temporary residence and work permit for an EU-citizen entrepreneur or company owner who invests at least EUR 250,000 in Montenegro. It is a residence and work route, not citizenship by investment. Non-EU citizens are not eligible under this article.
