Property Filing Notes

Official Invest in Turkiye materials explain that property ownership transfer is approved through land registry registration and that a foreign buyer should check mortgages, liens, and restrictions before the land registry process. For citizenship by property acquisition, the deed should reflect the citizenship purpose and the buyer’s three-year no-sale declaration.
