Good Fit

This route is strongest for ordinary Polish employment where the role does not need the EU Blue Card’s higher salary and qualification framework.

Poor Fit

It is usually a poor fit for freelancers, people working only for a foreign employer from Poland, roles below the Polish minimum wage or comparable-pay standard, and cases where the employer cannot complete Annex 1.
